Sound mental and physical health go hand in hand for the all round development of a child. And Games and Sports is quintessential in this regard. Every year Annual Sports Meet is held to Provide broader platform at the Vidyalaya level to all children for exhibiting their talents in games & sports field. Inter house competitions are held to identify talented players and these players are short listed for cluster level competitions to be sent for Regional Sports Meet and then to the National Sports Meet.

In National Games 2008, 06 Students participated in the event Tae-kwondo, Handball, Chess.

Interhouse competitions are held in sports for primary and secondary sections.Annual sports will be held in the month of November.Students of KV Tinsukia are participating in regional games in various games like Cricket(U-19,U-16),Volleyball,Chess(U-19,U-17,U14),Atheletics and Table Tennis(U-19,U-17,U-14).
